The new alt text will replace the old one if you confirm the change. * How do I add SEO keywords to the alt text? In your account settings you can enable "Keyword prompts" mode. When enabled, you'll be given a text field in which you can enter one or more keywords. The system will include them in a grammatically-correct way in the alt text.
