Yes. CMS Hub pages, blog posts, and File Manager assets are accessible via the HubSpot Files API. The integration backfills alt text for File Manager images. Email-template images that reference File Manager assets pick up the same alt text automatically.

Can I tie it to HubSpot Workflows?

Yes, with caveats. HubSpot Workflows can call external APIs via the 'Send a webhook' action — but webhook actions require Operations Hub Professional or Enterprise. On lower HubSpot tiers, the AltText.ai API integration runs as a scheduled backfill outside HubSpot rather than as a workflow trigger.

Does it support multilingual marketing campaigns?
